Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic Pipes: GRP
Al-Matin GRP Pipes “FIBERTUBE” are corrosion resistant piping system constructed for use in both gravity and pressure applications.
The pipe consists of a thermosetting chemical resistant polyester resin, fiberglass reinforcement and fine silica sand aggregates.
Fiberglass pipes are manufactured in diameters up to 3000mm and length up to 12m.
Depending on the diameter, the operating pressure could be as high as 32 bars. Larger Diameters can be manufactured upon request.
”FIBERTUBE” non-restrained pipe and joint are glass reinforced plastic (GRP) flexible corrosion resistant pipe system intended for underground use.
With special engineering procedures, the pipes can also be used for above ground installation.
Large diameter pipes are available in nominal diameters ranging from 300 to3000 mm.
Available standard pressure are PN ( 1, 6, 10, 12, 16, 20 , 25 and 32) bars and stiffness classes of (1250, 2500, 5000 and 10000) N/m².
